Compare two departure times at the harbour exit, first exposed leg and arrival ETA. Record the next official check and a verified alternative before the point of commitment. If the later option is better only at the berth, it has not yet improved the passage as a whole.

An inner-bay circuit should not inherit an offshore plan
At route entry, distinguish visiting nearby bays, crossing the outer bay and continuing along the coast beyond it. Those plans have different exposure durations and destination questions, even with the same departure berth. Compare the marine product outside the bay with conditions at the onward arrival hour. The resort forecast and a calm marina reading are useful local context, not evidence that the whole coastal continuation has improved.

A charter-day extension needs a new arrival check
If an additional bay or coastal stop is added after departure, recompute arrival and return ETAs and retrieve a still-valid source before the next exposed commitment. Compare retaining the shorter circuit with the extension. Verify local harbour, anchoring and access instructions separately; this weather desk does not assert that a cove is always sheltered or available. A Greek-island continuation requires the corresponding HNMS source hand-off.
