A working weather brief keeps the route, timing, evidence and fallback in one document. It does not create a navigation route or fetch a current forecast.

Fill using current primary-source data. Entries stay in this tab’s memory: no server submission and no persistence after closing. Metrika and Google Analytics are disabled on this page. This is your working document, not an automatic forecast. Do not enter passwords or identity documents.

Compare real weather-model runs — pilot

Compare pinned IFS/GFS and WAM/GFS-Wave runs, personal thresholds and day/night scenarios. Wind cells are screened against their own land/sea masks; this does not validate the track or coastline. The brief supports decisions, while final forecast assessment and passage decisions remain with the skipper. Depths, currents and operational warnings are not checked; gust products remain incompatible.

Use two points for three departure scenarios. For 3–6 points choose one departure: the pilot supports six distinct forecast instants. The global 0.25° grid does not resolve local island, coastal or harbour effects.
