Open the Thai Meteorological Department shipping forecast and read the section for the Andaman Sea and Malacca Strait, not the Gulf of Thailand section. The bulletin gives a synoptic situation, wind, wave height and warnings. For a longer international leg add the issuing national service beyond Thai waters.
